Weve Clothing- Founder
Weve was a company I started in college that blended a business training with my natural inclination to make.
The concept was simple. Invite people into the creative process by stripping it down to the most essential element: choice.
By offering people a variety of shirts and pockets to choose from, the custom product I would then make became something of their own creation; something they felt a special connection with.
I worked on this full time after college, but tired of working alone. I now treat the company as a side project, and only do special orders. I continue to produce about 500 pieces annually.
In recent years I have produced merchandise for Project V.O.I.C.E, an inspiring spoken word duo who perform around the world, and have collaborated with Moon Collective, a kick ass San Francisco based brand.
This is a video produced by Ben King about the collaboration I did with his company, Moon Collective.
A few years back, a good friend and I started a photo blog called Cappital.
Bonded by a shared esthetic, we decided to start a photo journal and see if anything came of it. We have watched our following grow, and hope to one day leverage the body of work in to something of value.
